Turn8 is a premiere track event organizer on the US west coast, hosting events at world famous tracks such as Thunderhill Raceway, Buttonwillow, Laguna Seca, Sonoma Raceway, Willow Springs, and more.

Note that at this time we are only accepting instructors for CARS at the following race tracks:

- Buttonwillow Raceway, Buttonwillow, CA
- Weathertech Laguna Seca, Salinas, CA
- Willow Springs Raceway, Rosamond, CA

Requirements

Instructors are expected to utilize their own vehicles for lead/follow sessions. During the current COVID-19 epidemic, in-car coaching will NOT be required. Instructors should also be advanced-level drivers with several years experience, and have attended at least 20+ full day events. Previous coaching experience is desirable, but not required.

Compensation

As a free service provided to our beginners, instructors will be expected to coach beginners until lunchtime, then after lunch will be allowed access to our Advanced and Open Pit sessions for free track time. Typically this works out to approximately 2.5 hours of track time (typically equivalent to 2 full days of sessions with other session-only-based organizers). There is no further compensation beyond this at this time.
